Missions...

When you graduate from any Ninja Academy you will be assigned missions from your Kage. I am not personally responsible for Ninjas from the Sand, Mist, or Rain villages, unless a Chunin exam is going on. Therefore, your Kage may assign you A ranked missions when you are a Genin.

Each mission is designed to challenge you, not kill you. You will be assigned a squad and a Jonin that will also be sent on the mission. The Jonin is only required to help in Battle, and once there are enough Jonin there will be missions.

Normally, missions would be needed to advance to the next rank. But, in the case that there are no Jonin available right now, i will allow graduated Genin to advance to Chunin and disregard the requirements, although you will still have to pass the first part of the Chunin exams.

If a Kage is sent on a mission, ANBU must depart with him until the Kage returns safely. Thus, Kage rank Ninjas will be accompanying lower rank Ninjas on missions (The Three Sannin).
